Gapped core

Core Material: 0.23-0.30mm cold-rolled, high-quality, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with low iron loss and high magnetic permeability.

Core Features: Formed using a high-precision automatic winding machine and finalized by vacuum heat treatment, the core features an air gap in the closed magnetic circuit, cut using wire cutting or a grinding wheel. The air gap ranges from 0.2mm to 45mm. Cores are primarily rectangular or toroidal, offering aesthetically pleasing appearance, precise dimensions, stable performance, and low residual magnetism.

Applications: Suitable for sensors, reactors, inductors, transformers, and more.
